2. ARTISANAL PRODUCTS & LIMITATIONS

2.1. Hand-Crafted Nature: Each Velvet Figure is hand-painted and finished in our artisanal workshops. You acknowledge that minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the hand-painting process and do not constitute defects.

2.2. Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. SALES AND PAYMENT

3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3.2. Limited Drops: Our products are often sold in limited editions. Availability is not guaranteed until the checkout process is complete.

3.3. Payment Security: We use secure, high-risk specialized payment processors to ensure your data is protected. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

4. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY

4.1. Global Shipping: We ship from our international logistics centers (including Turkey).

4.2. Customs & Duties: The recipient is the importer of record. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your country. Velvet Figures is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1. All Sales are Final: Due to the limited nature and high production costs of our hand-painted sculptures, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

5.2. Damaged Goods: If your figure arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. We will investigate and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. Ownership: All content on this site, including designs, sculptures, photography, and the Velvet Figures logo, is the exclusive property of Velvet Figures.

6.2. Prohibited Use: The reproduction, resin-casting (recasting), or commercial resale of our sculptures without express written consent is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Velvet Figures shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Velvet Figures has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
