These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all purchases made on the Velvet Figures website. By placing an order, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The present conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between Velvet Figures (“the Seller”) and any person or entity making a purchase (“the Buyer”). These conditions apply to all sales concluded through the website.

2. PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

2.1. Hand-Crafted Art: All figurines sold are hand-painted and finished. Due to this artisanal process, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color or texture from the website photos are expected and guarantee the authenticity of the “Velvet” craftsmanship.

2.2. Limited Editions: Most products are part of limited “drops.” Once a series is sold out, no further units will be produced under the same edition number.

3. ORDERING PROCESS

3.1. Validation: An order is considered final only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by Velvet Figures.

3.2. Pre-orders: Products are sold as pre-orders. Estimated shipping dates are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the production load in our workshops.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1. Currency: All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

4.2. Taxes: Prices are displayed including taxes.

4.3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and specialized secure payment methods. Payments are processed through encrypted, high-security platforms to ensure the safety of your financial data.

5. SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

5.1. Origin: Our products are shipped from our international logistics hub, primarily located in Turkey.

5.2. Customs Duties: The Buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs brokerage fees applied by the destination country. Velvet Figures cannot estimate these costs and will not be held responsible for any additional charges or delays at customs.

5.3. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every shipment once the order has left our workshop.

6. NO-RETURN & NO-REFUND POLICY

6.1. Artistic Nature: Due to the high production costs, the artisanal nature of the work, and the limited edition status of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or “change of mind” refunds.

6.2. Exceptional Cases: Refunds are only considered if the product is proven to be lost by the carrier or if it arrives with major structural damage (see Article 7).

7. DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS

7.1. Inspection: Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the package.

7.2. Claim Procedure: If the figure is damaged during transport, the Buyer must:

• Contact Velvet Figures via contact@velvetfigures.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos of the damaged item AND the original packaging (box and foam).

• 7.3. Resolution: After reviewing the evidence, the Seller may offer a repair, a replacement (subject to availability), or a partial refund.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE

8.1. Copyright: All designs, sculptures, and brand elements are protected by international copyright laws.

8.2. Prohibited Resale: The purchase of a Velvet Figure does not grant any right to reproduce or “recast” the item for commercial purposes. Any such action will result in legal proceedings.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is collected only for order processing and shipping. We comply with GDPR and international data protection standards. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, we encourage the Buyer to contact us directly to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
